Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items with 48 hours of receiving an order, on many occasions an order is shipped within 24 hours. For UK orders, our shipping costs start at £2.95 for a single nightshirt or set of pyjamas and £3.95 for a bathrobe. You can obtain an estimate of the total shipping costs on the shopping cart page of our webstore. We use Royal Mail first class for the majority of our parcels with a delivery of 2-3 days for the UK and 5-7 days for overseas. Items are delivered Monday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm, excluding bank holidays.
Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your gown for any reason, even if you just changed your mind, we will refund your money in full.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. In addition to the statutory 7 days, we will happily accept any unused return for a further 7 days.

To make a return please contact us by sending an email to sales@mensdressinggown.com within 14 working days, requesting a Returns Number and quoting your order number and order date. It will help us to improve if you let us know the reason for the return.

We recommend you return all items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post. We cannot accept returns from outside the UK unless by prior arrangement.

Your refund will be paid within 7 days of receiving the returned item/s. We do not refund the Flat Rate shipping charge on returned goods. We do not offer a free returns service because we keep our costs and prices as low as possible. If you need a change of size or colour we send a replacement free of postal charge. If you are exchanging because the item(s) were faulty or mis-discribed then no additional postage charges will apply.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition in the original packaging.  For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on close fitting items such as pyjamas if they have been removed from the packaging and worn.

Items returned for exchange or refund must be in an ‘as new’ condition with original packaging.
